What you do:

As an FP&A Consultant Senior, you will be accountable for timely and accurate deliverables of the team/division with limited supervision. You will create and maintain financial management and KPI reports, identify and manage projects and/or analyses in response to specific business and/or Finance department needs. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will report to the Sr. Director of Strategic Prioritization & Planning.

Reporting & analysis for expense management and financial results:

  • Manage EUM (expenses under management) budgeting, forecasting and analysis process for business unit(s)
  • Analyze financial results, trends and performance metrics, and provide variance and root cause analysis to business unit(s)
  • Independently conduct monthly variance analysis and reporting for assigned business unit(s)
  • Consult with business unit(s) on financial matters, including FTE management, cost metrics, compensation, capital investments, etc.
  • Align hierarchies and related budgets as required to maintain accurate reporting
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements

Projects:

  • Work independently and as part of a team on intermediate to complex projects to build knowledge of company, industry and / or technical knowledge
  • May lead small to mid-size projects

Annual Financial Plan and Expense Budget:

  • Support and consult with business unit(s) regarding annual Plan and Budget ensuring overall support for organizational priorities

Leadership:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced teammates
  • Demonstrate ability to independently lead projects

Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience required in finance or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
