Job Purpose:
Allianz Partners has a high ambition to develop Specialty Lines worldwide. As part of Global Operations, the Specialty Lines team is responsible for three Sub-Lines of Business: Easy Living, MDDR, and Automotive Warranty.
This role oversees a team of specialists and aims to provide timely operational support to our platform teams by enabling:
- AI-driven Fraud Prevention & Management procedures and controls.
- AI-enhanced Quality Assurance (including Leakage Control).
- AI-powered Intraday Workforce Management (WFM) and Advanced Data Analytics.
The role ensures robust procedures are in place to comply with standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver AI-enabled data excellence, predictive analytics, and proper operational risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Strategy and Local Execution:
Collaborate with experts globally and support local execution through country specialists in the following areas:
- Fraud Prevention and Management, leveraging AI-driven tools and machine learning models.
- Quality Assurance (including Leakage Control), supported by AI-enhanced process mining and predictive analytics.
- Intraday Workforce Management and Data Analytics, utilizing AI-powered workforce optimization tools and advanced analytics platforms.
Fraud Prevention and Management:
- Execute strategy and guidelines in Fraud Management, connecting with fraud experts, Centers of Expertise (CoE), and global interfaces and stakeholders.
- Ensure adoption and acceleration of global practices and state-of-the-art tools, including AI-driven fraud detection systems, real-time anomaly detection, and machine learning models to enhance fraud analytics and support cost containment processes.
Quality Assurance and Leakage Control:
- Execute strategy and guidelines in Quality Assurance and Leakage Control, developing and enabling robust processes, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adoption and acceleration of global standards, practices, and state-of-the-art tools, including AI-enhanced process mining, automation, and predictive analytics, to improve quality assurance and leakage control.
- Collaborate with QA/leakage experts, Heads of Operations, and process specialists to implement AI-enabled continuous improvement techniques.
Intraday Workforce Management and Data Analytics:
- Support collaboration and data collection processes with Local Excellence & Performance experts, leveraging AI-powered workforce optimization tools, predictive workforce analytics, and AI-driven decision-making platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced AI techniques to analyze workforce trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational performance.
Key Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in leveraging AI-driven tools and techniques for operational excellence, fraud prevention, quality assurance, workforce management, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of global standards, tools, and AI-powered solutions in fraud analytics, quality assurance, and leakage control.
- Expertise in advanced AI techniques, including machine learning, predictive analytics, process automation, and real-time anomaly detection.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global and local teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on AI-enabled data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Celonis, Tableau, Power BI, or other advanced analytics tools is highly desirable.
