You will bridge the gap between our internal operations and our outsourcing partners, ensuring that our Third-Party Partners (TPPs) deliver the world-class service our members expect.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing our Third Party Partners (TPP)

• Relationship Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for assigned outsourcing partners.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor TPP capabilities, identify root causes for service issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Data-Driven Insights: Maintain detailed scorecards and documentation to facilitate executive decision-making.
• Leadership: Lead TPP huddles, business reviews, and calls to provide actionable feedback and ensure alignment.

2. Member Experience Excellence

• Escalation Management: Resolve complex member issues with a swift, member-centric approach.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review the member journey to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Internal Collaboration: Participate in functional huddles and maintain account escalation logs with constructive insights.

Key Requirements:

Professional Background:

• Experience: Ideally 4+ years in Service Delivery or Account Management.
• Global Mindset: Proven track record in a multinational environment with the ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a high level of comfort working with numbers and data analytics.
• Added Value: Experience in Project Management is a significant plus.
