What you do:
You will partner with the Director of Suitability to operationalize strategy and drive execution of priorities. As a Program Management Senior, you will lead and facilitate the Consumer Protection Program and Suitability initiatives across our Enterprise, coordinating closely with leaders, business stakeholders, customers, and vendors. This role requires strong influence skills to align priorities, drive execution, and lead large, cross‑functional groups—including senior leaders, peers, and internal and external partners—across the organization.
- Drive planned initiatives, design and execute project plans, prioritization, communication, and strategic alignment across teams.
- Develop and deliver executive, leadership, and team presentations to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute third-party broker dealer and distributor oversight function.
- Support and continue enhancement of the organization’s system of supervision and standard of conduct responsibilities.
- Support initiatives through status updates, documentation, competitive analysis, industry trends, and governance‑related activities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support planning, high-valued strategic consultation, execution, dependency management, communication, and delivery across initiatives.
- Proactively analyze ambiguous problems, surface potential risks, recommend options, support decision-making, and manage issues or escalations across teams.
What you bring:
- 4+ years’ experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienced required
- Experience in program, portfolio, or project management required
