Overall Objectives of Job

  • Assist in supporting IT production operations, including IT applications and infrastructure, under the guidance of senior colleagues.
  • Support efforts to enhance IT production quality by participating in follow-up activities after outages.
  • Help manage the CPI (Change, Problem, Incident) process within the OE/region
  • Assist in engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency in the quality of IT services, projects, and processes.
  • Support compliance and alignment of IT processes with Allianz Technology's process landscape and external standards.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support the fulfilment of requirements from the DORA framework, particularly in incident management.
  • Contribute to regular analysis and reporting, to address quality and performance-related issues.
  • Assist in analysing KPIs and data to identify trends and prepare reports for regular service review meetings.
  • Ensuring team collaboration & working co-operatively to achieve a common goal

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT consulting or Production support.
  • Fundamental understanding of IT Operations and techniques.
  • Major understanding of CPI- Change, Problem and Incident Management Process.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or any other reporting tools.
  • A university degree in IT management, business administration, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential and mandatory.
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a multinational organization is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a dynamic approach to driving team commitment and fostering long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management practices, methods, and tools, with a track record of delivering projects in a Scaled Agile environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant systems and processes, and the ability to propose innovative solutions and initiatives.
  • High level of technology awareness, including systems, technologies, and development cycles.
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment as well as independently.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management.
  • Experience in transformation projects is required
