This position is responsible for broker relationship management and business development. This includes day-to-day oversight of identified key broker partners and execution of targeted premium growth, retention, and profitability. Responsibilities also include broker sales planning, broker engagement, pipeline development and management, business analysis, and supporting the Direct Sales Force. | |

Total compensation range: $135,000 - $160,000
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.
