Expert in understanding, expressing and implementing best practices related to product and systems including inputs and outputs. You will support change projects by determining and implementing complex business rules, procedures, user acceptance test script writing and execution and business readiness (SOPs, training, communication). You will be a process consultant to improve complex BAU process, customer or producer experience and offshore optimization opportunities. You will collaborate on opportunities to enhance complex service or processes (across departments), coordinate internal department and change plans including mentorship of department staff. You will report to the Senior Manager Portfolio Management of Policyholder Tax Operations.

What you do:

  • Lead change projects representing complex business processes, rules, controls, and reports for area of expertise
  • Provides thought leadership recommendations to operations leaders on the application and integration of technical processes/elements, including conducting research, presenting analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Actively engage with technology teams implementing, maintaining, and configuring tax capabilities
  • Accountable for change acceptance through user acceptance test case development and execution, product validation and business readiness
  • Participate in department business processes execution and process improvement, assuring accuracy of business rules, controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and reporting
  • Resolve complex business issues relating to business rule execution and be accountable for quality of business rules and controls
  • Supports leadership in the optimization of departmental and operational processes through process improvement, change, automation
  • Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance
  • Provides coaching to business leaders on the application of technical processes and leadership and mentoring to other analysts relating to systems implementation of Tax capabilities
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring:

  • 8 or more years of experience required: Relevant technical or business experience
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range: $82,000 - $124,000

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
