The role
In the Group E-Commerce team, you should support the creation of the sales funnel, working from raw leads to sales-ready leads for the Sales teams. Coordination and management of the Telemarketing activity if there is an agency for booking appointments. Cold calling and e-mailing prospects to book appointments for the sales teams. Pitching Allianz Trade Pay solution and securing the appointment for the second meeting.
Main tasks
- Daily monitoring of the appointments generated (quality, relevance to the target).
- Post appointment follow up: ensuring Sales comply with Salesforce processes (meeting notes, conversion of the lead into a sales cycle on salesforce).
- Categorizing leads rejected by the telemarketer (mainly for “bad contact” reasons), then searching for new relevant contacts in Cognism and recreating the lead in Salesforce while preserving the telemarketer’s previous comments.
- Performance analysis (conversion rate, cancellation rate, no shows, tracking of completed meetings: target fit, next steps).
- Organizing weekly call with the telemarketing agent to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Screening and identification of new opportunities
- Contribute to portfolio screening of TCI prospect and existing client lists (Brokered accounts, previous lost clients)
- Reviewing accounts to assess eligibility (e commerce activity, target fit, existing opportunities on targeted companies).
- Screening Lİnkedin posts of competitors, sectoral announcements of companies opening up webshops, CMS and web agancies clients
Profile
Market knowledge:
- In depth know-how in E-Commerce/E-Payment/BNPL
- Ability to translate market know-how into new initiatives for AZT’s long term growth
- Business focus: interest in and knowledge of the global E-Commerce market and major market trends in Payments, BNPL, Credit Cards, Fintechs, Finance and Banking
Business expertise:
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as the MEDIC
Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to establish trust on the phone and represent AZT towards external stakeholders
