What are you going to do at Allianz?

Directly engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
Collaborate with a highly skilled team to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Contribute to deploying solutions across the data stack, from backend data pipelines and modeling to frontend dashboards.
Take ownership of solution quality, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Continuously learn new technical skills and support team success.

What does Allianz need from you?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
Excellent SQL skills, with expertise in query optimization and data modeling techniques.
Proficiency in database administration and familiarity with NoSQL engine types.
Solid programming skills in Python and experience in building data pipelines.
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing platforms.
Ability to translate business needs into effective data products.
Self- motivated with a curious mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Strong collaboration skills, with an openness to sharing knowledge and feedback.
