What you will be responsible for

• Preparing statistical reports and supporting materials for pricing proposals in the area of insurance and assistance services (mainly Travel Insurance).
• Contributing to the creation and enhancement of products in line with internal standards and the Simplicity project.
• Analyzing risks, market developments, and trends; gathering and evaluating data.
• Conducting risk pricing based on experience and portfolio performance.
• Ensuring all product pricing follows group guidelines.
• Creating proposals and documentation using global tools such as the Global Pricing Tool and Salesforce.
• Supporting commercial teams by preparing materials for meetings with partners.
• Monitoring the portfolio, reviewing results, and proposing corrective actions.
• Keeping track of local market developments (CZ, SK, and others), competitor products, and assistance services.
• Providing administrative and documentation support for the Underwriting & Product team.

What we expect from you

• Genuine interest in insurance and the motivation to develop in underwriting/risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, and confidence working with data and numerical outputs.
• High attention to detail, independence, and responsibility.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• English at a level that allows for daily communication in an international environment.
• Good Excel skills; experience with analytical tools (SQL, PowerBI, Radar) is an advantage.
• Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT
