Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Security Monitoring: Help monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources, including intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Support Vulnerability Management: Participate in vulnerability assessments and scans, assist with the analysis of results, and help in the remediation process.
• Contribute to Security Awareness: Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training materials and communications to employees.
• Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation. Assist in preparing reports on security incidents and metrics.
• Incident Response Support: Provide support during security incidents, including documentation, communication, and follow-up on incident resolution.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats. Assist in researching and evaluating new security tools and technologies.
• Access Control: Assist in managing user access controls, including the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts as per company policies.
Key responsibilities:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and SIEM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
