| Senior cloud DevOps Engineer in IT infrastructure in AWS, with capabilities to operate and evolve the current platform architecture for the Event broker service based on Confluent SaaS service. The ideal candidate should have large experience multi cloud system operations, as well as devops experience with gitops approach tools like ArgoCD, Crossplane and Github Actions. |
Major Responsibilities |
| The Multi Cloud Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer will work within the Multi Cloud engineering team to build automation services from conception to operations. Will work with global teams to deliver high quality products and ensure engineering and operational deliverables. Self-motivation to keep up with technological advances and trends. Capabilities to obtain results under simultaneous time and task limitations. Ability to deal with complex system and network structures distributed in several countries |
Educational & Professional Qualifications | |
- Certifications in Red Hat or other Linux based system administration.
- Architecture / SysOps AWS Certifications is a must

Technical Skills (Mandatory) | |
| Professional with expertise in - CI/CD state-of-the-art best practices, experience with setting up and maintaining build and deployment pipelines
- CD technologies, especially geared towards Kubernetes and public cloud, like ArgoCD, Crossplane
- Container (orchestration) technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker
- Cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure
- Infrastructure as Code technologies, especially Terraform and Helm
- Software development and scripting languages, to provide automation and self-service tooling
- Various automation frameworks, regarding build, test, integration and deployment, including Jenkins automation server

Functional/Domain Knowledge (If required) | |
- Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on multicloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- Work collaboratively to define/improve platform topology infrastructure
- Provisioning, configuring and maintaining cloud infrastructure defined as code
- Ensure configuration and compliance with corporate tools and policies
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
- Support to problem troubleshooting across a wide array of systems that communicate through cloud and on-premise network architectures
- Build and maintain operational tools for monitoring and analyzing of cloud infrastructure and systems (e.g. CloudWatch)
