What you do

As an Office Manager to the Global Head of Strategy, performance and Office for Travel, you will collaborate in strategic projects as well as daily business requests and Board Member office.

In this role, you will:

  • Steer Special and strategic Projects on behalf of the Board Member and the global Head of Strategy, performance and Office : representative, challenge, track and report on progress to date

  • Support Strategic Meeting preparation & on the Travel target achievements and KPIs

  • Responsible for Ad-hoc presentations to the Board of Management or other entities.

  • Manage and support in the organization of the various agendas of visits to other Allianz Partners BUs.

  • Represent the Board Member and the global Head of Strategy, performance and Office in meetings, evaluate the interest for BM to engage when receiving external requests for meetings, be capable of explaining the Travel Strategy to various internal and external stakeholders in order to best reprensent Allianz's interests.

  • Support the team in preparing Travel presentations to key internal and external stakeholders, including clients and B-Partners.

Who you are

  • Minimum 5+ years of senior-level EA experience, including strong project management skills

  • Experience in the Insurance space, particular in Finance, Planning and Reporting, Sales and Distribution, Market Management, Project Management

  • Experience analysing financial reports, create profitability anaylses and build mitigation plans

  • Proficiency regarding insurance regulations

  • Experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings

  • Ability to drive successful communications, presentations and negotiation skills

  • Excellent English and other language preferable (German, French and/or Spanish)
