About the Job

In this role, you will support People & Culture initiatives across the employee lifecycle, contributing to HR operations, talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management and organizational effectiveness.

What you do

• Support onboarding, offboarding processes and maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist payroll, benefits and employee administration activities.
• Support compliance and audit requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication and support talent sourcing activities.
• Assist recruitment reporting and hiring processes.
• Support performance review cycles, coordinate learning and development initiatives and track training and employee development activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, assist in internal communication campaigns and coordinate culture and recognition activities.
• Support workforce reporting and organizational data updates and assist in change management and transformation initiatives.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• Interest in HR, people analytics and organizational development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with English fluency (mandatory).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and an analytical mindset.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Mandatory: availability for a 6-hour internship schedule, graduation expected between Dec 2027 and Dec 2029.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
