About the Job

As an Intern in Finance you will support finance operations, financial planning, procurement, compliance and governance activities while contributing to operational excellence and business decision-making.

What you do

• Help in budgeting and forecasting activities and monitor business performance indicators.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards.
• Assist in invoice management and reconciliation as well as assisting billing controls and payment tracking.
• Support purchasing processes and maintain supplier information and documentation.
• Assist vendor performance monitoring and maintain contract repository and renewal tracking.
• Support contract governance activities and compliance documentation.
• Be involved in audit preparation and governance reporting.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work with financial and confidential data with proactive and growth mindset.
• Mandatory: availability for a 6-hour internship schedule, Graduation expected between Dec/2027 and Dec/2029.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
