What you do:

You will be responsible for effectively managing, with limited supervision, New Business requests and inquiries from Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs), Broker Dealers (B/Ds) and Financial Professionals (Fin Pros) by accurately applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. You will manage assigned FMOs New Business applications and proactively communicates updates with the FMO. You will successfully influence business results by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships and ensuring a high degree of productivity and quality.

In addition to serving external customers such as FMOs, B/Ds and Fin Pros, you will also collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. Adherence to established guidelines, policies, and procedures is crucial in delivering consistent and high-quality service. Meeting or exceeding all benchmarks related to customer service metrics, productivity, and quality is paramount in this role.

As a Case Management Representative you may also help support training and mentoring of new team members, as well as act as a New Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Operations and company projects.

  • Relationship management and collaboration
    • Primary goal is to support the field and customer with issuing their contract / policy as quickly and efficiently as possible that meets state requirements and financial guidelines. This is done via phone conversations and over email.
    • Own and manage relationships with external partners, such as FMOs, B/Ds and Financial Professionals including responding to questions and proactively updating them on application processing.
    • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as vendor-support counterparts within your team, Relationship Management, Sales, Legal, Special Investigation Units (SIU), Contact Center, and more to ensure applications are processed appropriately.
    • Provide support and coordination for both onshore and offshore interactions.
  • Application processing
    • Handle applications from the initial submission to approval and issuing, including assisting with escalated and hot cases that are sent through various channels, such as FMOs, Relationship Managers, and Sales teams.
    • Use understanding of risks, controls and regulations to ensure application is in compliance.
  • Team assignments
    • Mentor and train new team members.
    • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Enterprise Operations and corporate projects as assigned.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What you bring:

  • 2 or more years’ experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry
  • Two-year degree required: General Education or equivalent experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
