Job Summary:

This candidate is responsible for delivering timely and technically sound Employee Benefits ("EB") pricing and quotations for the Corporate Clients Solutions portfolio, supporting business growth and retention objectives. The role partners closely with Sales and intermediaries to achieve topline targets, optimize portfolio profitability, and maintain a healthy combined ratio through effective pricing, portfolio monitoring, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Benefits ("EB") Pricing, Quotation & Portfolio Management:

• Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive, and timely quotations for new business and renewal EB group insurance opportunities to support business growth and retention objectives.
• Ensure quotations and pricing revisions requested by intermediaries and clients are completed within agreed service standards and turnaround times.
• Conduct regular portfolio performance analyses to assess profitability, identify trends, recommend cost containment initiatives, and prepare claims management reports for key stakeholders.
• Apply sound actuarial and pricing principles to ensure technical accuracy, while continuously enhancing pricing methodologies, analytical frameworks, and governance standards.
• Support the implementation of digital and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across quotation, sales, and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and Management, to provide pricing insights and business recommendations.
• Undertake ad hoc analyses, projects, and assignments as required by management to support business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior team members to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to established pricing frameworks, while fostering capability development and knowledge sharing within the team

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Pricing role.
• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial / Statistics / Mathematics
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
