Key Responsibilities
- Regional Marketing & Content Management (Hong Kong, Taiwan & South Korea)
- Content Localization & Asset Management: Adapt and localize global marketing assets, including thought leadership reports, insolvency studies, economic outlooks, and country risk insights, ensuring local relevance, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
- Content Transcreation & Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with local sales teams and agencies to refine messaging and value propositions, ensuring financial and risk-management concepts resonate with local audiences and business priorities.
- Regional Campaign Execution: Lead cross-market campaigns, tailoring content and positioning to country-specific industries, economic conditions, and customer needs while maintaining a consistent regional strategy.
- Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy (Entrepreneurial Mindset)
- Integrated Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to drive qualified lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Insight-Led Content Activation: Turn economic reports, country risk intelligence, and insolvency insights into high-converting digital assets and interactive tools.
- Market Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify emerging industries, evolving risk trends, and sectors facing growth, supply chain, or financial challenges, developing targeted campaigns to capture new business opportunities.
- Digital Marketing & Pipeline Management (Digital Skill Set)
- Digital Acquisition & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Manage paid marketing campaigns and ABM programs across digital channels to generate quality leads, improve cost per lead (CPL), and grow the sales pipeline from target accounts.
- Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage automated campaigns, lead scoring, and email nurture programs to move Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sales opportunities.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track campaigns, lead, and pipeline performance, using data and insights to improve marketing results, conversion rates, and business impact.
- Commercial Performance & Sales Alignment
- Pipeline & Revenue Attribution: Leverage Salesforce and marketing analytics tools to track leads from initial engagement through to closed business, measure campaign performance, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, address conversion challenges and customer objections, and ensure marketing activities support business goals.
- Executive Engagement & Events: Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and industry events to engage senior financial decision-makers and generate qualified business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of proven experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or lead acquisition. Experience within FinTech, commercial insurance, or corporate financial services is highly preferred
- Native or professional fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin to effectively manage regional asset localization and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other B2B marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign tracking, attribution, and marketing performance reporting.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms, intent data tools, and targeted account engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
