Our Creative Studio design team is growing and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Content Strategist who leads by doing, has a passion for solving problems at scale and brings their best self to work everyday. You will work closely with a team of designers, product managers, marketing and brand partners to elevate our customer communications across the Prime Video ecosystem, and at every customer engagement touchpoint. Our team’s primary focus is providing new, exciting ways for customers to discover and enjoy premium content, in addition to unlocking new opportunities for advertising on Amazon, providing brands (big and small) with a place to tell their story.

As a Customer Experience Content Strategist, you will work with a team of UX/CX experts and creatives working collectively across brand and marketing, to help bring ideas to life through your unique ability to simplify customer experience, and drive engagement. You must be a highly driven customer advocate with a passion for creating clarity, and confidence for customers across lifecycle publications, and digital experience platforms. You should be a voice expert, a language aficionado, with a pulse on current content trends and target audiences. You’ll be a strategic partner to CX directors and executive leadership to define and translate business objectives into product experiences that meet those objectives through a shared language, voice, and narrative. You will help define, steward and elevate what we say, and how we say it, as a framework that promotes voice coherence, and familiarity at every interaction with our customers.


Key job responsibilities
Work with design, UX writers, brand, marketing, define content a voice strategy, framework and guideline

Work with producers, partners and stakeholders to produce content

Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of content trends and consumer behavior

Updating older content to meet new content standards

Ensuring consistency across all content and experience platforms

Maintaining a content strategy calendar of project deadlines and product launch dates

Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels and initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Work with design, UX writers, brand, marketing, define content a voice strategy, framework and guideline
- Work with producers, partners and stakeholders to produce content
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of content trends and consumer behavior
- Updating older content to meet new content standards
- Ensuring consistency across all content and experience platforms
- Maintaining a content strategy calendar of project deadlines and product launch dates
- Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels and initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
