We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to lead in the realization of digital transformation in the field of architectural construction, with the support of a manager. The Technical Sales Executive (TSE) will use experience, knowledge, practical skills, thinking, and vision in the construction industry to convert customer challenges into technical solutions, collaborating with our sales team. You will engage with internal departments, including those at the global level, and core users, industry associations, and partner companies to exchange ideas and propose streamlined BIM-based workflows. You will be directly reporting to our Technical Sales Manager in Japan with hybrid working environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-touch sales activities targeting major general contractors (JGCs).
  • Understand customer challenges and propose workflows centered around our solutions.
  • Develop compelling narratives based on the aforementioned workflows and customer success stories, and communicate them through industry presentations and other means.

Qualifications

[Mindset]

  • Enthusiasm for supporting the transformation of the construction industry using Autodesk technology.
  • Experience making things happen by thinking for oneself, applying innovations, and bringing about changes.
  • Sales-oriented mindset (Sales experience or sales support experience).
  • Proficiency in English is beneficial but at least basic reading and writing skills.
  • Willingness to participate in customer presentations and seminars.

[Domain Knowledge]

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the architecture industry (e.g., architectural design, production planning, construction management) with an understanding of industry challenges.

[Technology Skills]

  • Interest in technology and the confidence to perform basic demonstrations of Autodesk solutions ( Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud) with support from internal experts within six months of joining the company (Previous experience with Autodesk products or related solutions).
  • Knowledge and interest in BIM, cloud platforms, databases, and AI.

技術営業担当者(テクニカル・ソリューション・エグゼクティブ - 建築施工分野)は、建設業界に関する豊富な経験、深い知識、実践的なスキル、革新的思考、ビジョンを活用し、顧客のビジネス課題を技術的ソリューションに変換することで、営業担当者と共に営業活動を行います。

オートデスクのソリューションを日本の顧客にもっと活用頂くために、グローバルも含めた社内の関係部署や、コアユーザー、業界団体、協力会社と意見交換を行い、BIMベースのワークフローを整理し提案します。

  • 準大手のゼネコンを中心顧客とし、営業担当者と共にハイタッチ営業を行う
  • 顧客のビジネス課題を理解し、弊社のソリューションを中心としたワークフローを提案する
  • 上記ワークフローや顧客の成功事例を基に説得力あるストーリーを構築し、業界向けてプレゼンテーション等で発信する

応募資格

[変革者マインド]

  • オートデスクのテクノロジーを活用した、建設業界のトランスフォーメーションの支援に意欲のある方。
  • 自ら物事を考え効果的な工夫を加えて行動を行い、現状を打破するような変化を実現させた経験のある方。またそのような試行錯誤が出来る方。
  • 営業マインドのある方。
  • (営業経験、営業補助経験があれば尚良し)
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ能力。
  • (英語は出来た方が良いが、最低限読み書きが出来れば可)。
  • 顧客へのプレゼンテーションやセミナーに意欲的に取り組める方。

[ドメイン知識]

  • 建築業界(意匠設計、生産計画、施工管理等)で目安として5年以上の実務経験があり、業界の業務課題を深く理解している方。

[テクノロジースキル]

  • テクノロジーに関して興味があり、入社6か月以内に(社内の専門家にサポートをもらいつつ)オートデスクソリューション(主にRevit・Autodesk Construction Cloud)の初歩的なデモンストレーションが出来るようになる自信のある方。
  • (既にオートデスク製品または関連ソリューションの使用経験があれば尚良い)
  • BIM、クラウドプラットフォーム、データベース、AIの知識のある方。
  • (強く興味があるだけでも可)
