Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Software QA Engineer to join the AEC Design Platform Team to help develop and maintain Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery System, and Installer for AEC Design Products like AutoCAD, Civil 3D and many other products.

Our team culture empowers you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for the overall quality of software development projects at the core of the company. As a Software QA Engineer on this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with team members globally to ensure excellent quality product deliveries by applying strong software QA and automation development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define the test strategy and test plan for the product install and delivery

  • Define the quality measurements and work together with other team members towards the quality goals

  • Implement the test strategy and test plan along with other team members

  • In charge of product publishing and release process

  • Collaborate with a distributed team and stakeholders

  • Be a passionate and empathetic advocate of software quality management principles

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MS in Computer Science or a related degree)

  • 5+ years working experience in software testing or quality assurance, Automation or related job

  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++ is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization framework is a plus

  • Remote collaboration skills to work effectively on a distributed team

  • Flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task between projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
