Autodesk ACS (Autodesk Construction Solutions) R&D team is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join its SRE/ DevOps team, to strengthen the infra and operation-ability of its Docs platform, which powers ACS products for its world-wide customers.

This is a remote position on the west coast.
Working with the development team for designing the system architecture for application deployment on multi environments
You will developing tools for monitoring various web services and online products
You will manage different applications deployed on cloud platforms such as AWS and Autodesk ECS
Availability and disaster recovery management for different applications
You will improve security policy and process of web and cloud based applications
BS or MS in computer science or a related field
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
3+ years’ experience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible, Chef or an equivalent
Strong experience with SQL and MySQL/PostgreSQL
NoSQL experience is a plus, too.
Strong scripting skills in at least one common language (Ruby / Python / Golang)
Familiar with one or two of those web infrastructure techniques (Rails / Django / Express)
Familiar with one or two of those monitoring tools (Netdata / Prometheus / Grafana)
Knowledge of AWS is a must
