Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager, Foundations - Generative AI

Position Overview

Autodesk is leading the transformation of the AEC industry, integrating AI technology into our products. We're enhancing our applications with cloud-native capabilities, including data at scale, edge computing, AI-based solutions, and advanced 3D modeling and graphics. This innovation is happening across our flagship products—AutoCAD, Revit, and Construction Cloud—and Forma, our new Industry Cloud.

At Autodesk, we believe that Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) represent the biggest opportunity to improve the design and make experience for our customers. Autodesk's commitment to AI & ML has sponsorship from the office of the CTO, and executive leaders of the product organizations.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the AEC Solutions team, you will be in the driver's seat for our visible, highly important AEC Generative AI program influencing our approach to building our machine learning and data pipelines that will power our industry cloud. You will be part of a versatile group of AI Researchers, ML Engineers, Software Architects, and Experience Designers who are building cutting-edge foundation models and generative AI tools for the AEC industry. You will be partnering across functions and groups to create roadmaps, scope programs and align them with our priorities, define milestones and success metrics, and ensure we are building scalable, secure, reliable, efficient AI/ML solutions and platforms.

You will help drive the AEC Generative AI initiative translating strategic direction and organization-level goals into executable workstreams and programs. You will need to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders as we make important technical decisions and resource commitments. You are expected to be an accelerating factor in realizing the AEC Generative AI vision and will greatly impact the AEC tools of the future. You will play a critical role in maintaining our digital infrastructure, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring cohesive collaboration across our rapidly evolving organization. If you are motivated by the prospect of optimizing design processes, spearheading impactful projects, and leading a team to deliver impact, we encourage you to apply.

Report: You will report to the Senior AI/ML Development Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions Team.

Location: We support hybrid work, and you work near our Boston, Massachusetts or Toronto, Canada offices. This role follows East Coast hours.
