Responsibilities: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to identify and analyze complex business processes and bottlenecks. Recommend automation‐based solutions. Manage the Intelligent Automation program, ensuring that projects are proceeding in alignment with Autodesk’s business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Meet U.S. vendors, assessing capabilities and possibilities for the Intelligent Automation program. Perform continuous research to onboard new applications/frameworks that accelerate Autodesk’s digital transformation. Communicate to vendors to plan/perform application upgrades. Streamline applications’ end‐to‐end process flows, optimizing with business process and solutioning it in accordance with Intelligent Automation program. Solve ad hoc issues including network and directory services related issues. Connect with various teams (IT support, project, and application) in the event of Development/Production issues. Discuss non‐negotiables with security teams and ensuring that infrastructure resources, applications, automations, and accounts follow Autodesk security principles. Write technical methodology documents. Proactively set up and maintain infrastructure and applications related to pro Intelligent Automation. Some telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted.

Special Requirements: Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:

• Expertise in UiPath tool and their Robotic Enterprise framework to develop and test Robotic Process Automation.

• Experience with using AWS infrastructure including AWS Lambda and a variety of cloud services to build server-less automations and to maintain platforms and services.

• Expertise in IT service management and major incident response to identify problems, appropriate actions, and facilitate permanent fixes.

Position requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:

• Expertise in combining process mining (Celonis), chat (Slack, kore.ai), data science, and dashboard technologies with automation to deliver intelligent automation solutions.

• Experience with analyzing complex business processes, breaking them down into components for technology roadmaps, then developing them according to an Intelligent Automation framework.

• UI/UX expertise to deliver projects with excellent customer experiences.

• Continuous industry research to onboard new applications that help accelerate digital transformation.

• Ability with high level languages, i.e., Python, Java, SQL, C#, etc. to script and develop software.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $180,000 - $230,000 per year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
