Position Overview

As part of our Marketing Experiences Engineering team, you will implement exciting features that engage and influence Autodesk customers. Our team faces a variety of unique and interesting challenges. As a Senior Engineer, you will help us focus on improving user experiences and driving higher conversion rates for Autodesk's digital platforms. You will develop and implement strategies that increase user engagement and conversion metrics such as Add to Cart, Trials, Search, and Downloads. You will report to the Manager of Software Development.

This position is located in the Bay Area and is Hybrid-Remote.


  • You will help us Implement and monitor A/B tests and multivariate experiments using Adobe Test & Target to improve conversion rates

  • Collaborate with us and UX designers, product managers, and senior engineers to develop and test new features

  • You will work with us to analyze user behavior data using Adobe Analytics to identify conversion barriers and opportunities for improvement

  • You will be responsible to optimize landing pages, user flows, and other elements using React to enhance user experience and engagement

  • You will help us assist in deploying and maintaining new features and improvements using LaunchDarkly

  • You will Integrate and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Contentful

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4 or more years of experience in web development, with a focus on conversion optimization

  • You need to be Proficient in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Bring your experience with Adobe Test & Target, Launch Darkly, and Adobe Analytics

  • Familiarity with AEM and Contentful for content management

  • You bring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment

  • Ability to guide junior engineers and interns

  • Be comfortable with testing assumptions and embracing innovation

  • Desire to contribute fully and bring your authentic selves to work

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,300 and $190,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
