Become a

software engineer to drive the development of our innovative CMS

you build and operate a custom built, innovative CMS for Axel Springer’s news and media brands
you support the editorial team in optimizing their workflows to serve their content to over 38 million users in Germany
you discuss and decide about architectural and technical challenges within our cross-functional team in an agile environment
you stay up-to-date and work with a top-notch technology stack by using TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, tRPC, AWS, and modern testing frameworks
you use modern web development techniques like micro frontends, web components and continuous deployment

You are a

passionate and talented developer with experience in web development

you are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
you have worked with a modern frontend framework/library such as React
you are familiar with tRPC and/or REST APIs
you can build, deploy and run your code in the cloud (ideally you already have experience with GitHub actions and AWS)
you have a passion for programming and trying out new technologies
