The Product Design Guild at bonial is a close-knit group of 1 lead and 3 designers working hand in hand with product managers, developers, and operational teams to create meaningful and seamless experiences for millions of users in France and Germany. As a UI/UX Designer (f/m/x), you will help shape and evolve the kaufDA app from early discovery and prototyping to polished, production-ready designs. You will focus on creating intuitive, data-informed interfaces that make complex workflows simple and engaging. Working mainly in Figma, you will also contribute to our design system and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms.
Your responsibilities:
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the kaufDA app in Figma
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into tested, user-centered solutions
Build and maintain components within our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency
Support product discovery by creating prototypes and participating in user research sessions
Use data and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product experience
Ensure smooth collaboration with developers and support accurate design implementation

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team. As a future Product Manager in our Client-facing product team, you will be working closely with the Sales and Operations teams on providing the best experience for our campaign onboarding. Responsibilities
Being accountable for maximizing business outcomes within the contract management domain
Collaborate with the engineering team, designer and stakeholders to ensure the team is \"building the right things right\"

Your Role
As Head of Product for our Client-Facing Platforms, you will define and drive the product vision for Bonial’s B2B and internal systems, which form the backbone of how we deliver value to our retail partners. Your scope covers Content Sourcing, Normalization & Publishing, Contract Management, Campaign Planning, and Traffic Management, ensuring that our clients’ campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You will lead and develop a team of skilled Product Managers, setting a clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Together, you will improve efficiency, scale content production through smart use of AI and automation, and build the tools that keep Bonial at the forefront of digital retail marketing.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business impact.
Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Bonial’s growth strategy.
Translate stakeholder and client needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
Utilize AI and automation to optimize processes and accelerate content automation.
Establish and track meaningful product KPIs to measure success and guide decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
What you bring
Proven experience in Product Management appropriate for the scope and responsibilities of the role (experience in ad tech is a plus).
Strong strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven ability to lead teams, design processes, and manage cross-departmental collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complexity and inspire confidence.
Passion for innovation and the practical use of AI to drive scalability and efficiency.

German or French language skills are a plus.

The Product Design Guild at bonial is a close-knit group of 1 lead and 3 designers working hand in hand with product managers, developers, and operational teams to create meaningful and seamless experiences for millions of users in France and Germany. As a UI/UX Designer (f/m/x), you will help shape and evolve the kaufDA app from early discovery and prototyping to polished, production-ready designs. You will focus on creating intuitive, data-informed interfaces that make complex workflows simple and engaging. Working mainly in Figma, you will also contribute to our design system and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms.
Your responsibilities:
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the kaufDA app in Figma
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into tested, user-centered solutions
Build and maintain components within our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency
Support product discovery by creating prototypes and participating in user research sessions
Use data and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product experience
Ensure smooth collaboration with developers and support accurate design implementation
Job requirements
Your profile:
Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally for web or app-based products, having successfully owned end-to-end design work and created intuitive, engaging user experiences
Strong proficiency in Figma, including component creation and working within a design system
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate insights into intuitive solutions
Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment
Excellent communication skills in English (level C1-C2) and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
