About the role

INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a Staff Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and operation of our cloud-native data platform on AWS. This role goes beyond traditional data engineering and sits at the intersection of data and platform engineering. You will drive the architecture
and deployment of scalable data services, APIs, and pipelines, while shaping our Kubernetes-based infrastructure and engineering standards.
Your responsibilities:
Architect and operate scalable data platforms using AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR)
Design, build, and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines
Develop and deploy containerized data services and APIs on Kubernetes (EKS), including CI/CD integration
Own infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) for data and platform components
Manage and optimize Kubernetes workloads (resource management, autoscaling, observability, networking)
Build and maintain internal data APIs and microservices for data access and processing
Ensure high standards for data quality, reliability, security, and governance
Collaborate with systems engineers, ML engineers and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions
Lead technical decision-making, set best practices, and mentor engineers across teams
Your profile:
Extensive experience in data engineering and backend/platform engineering
Strong expertise in Python, Java, SQL, and AWS ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), containerization (Docker), distributed event streaming frameworks (Kafka), and microservices architecture
Experience deploying and managing APIs and services in Kubernetes environments
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)

INTRODUCTION
In the Client Facing Platforms department we build systems and platforms that allow our Operations Managers create content and manage campaigns for our clients, effectively and at scale!
In the Traffic Management team, we focus on effective campaign fulfilment by providing the right tools and solutions, and automating different steps of the process to ensure achieving the best possible results for both our users and clients.
Some of the technologies we use are: java, python, postgresql, diverse aws services, spring boot, kubernetes, terraform, spinnaker…
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for leading a team of talented engineers
Work closely with Product & Development teams on company initiatives by building easy to maintain and scalable solutions
Ensure product/system availability, quality of service, stability, compliance and security
Responsible for having a reliable on-call process in place and being part of the rotation as an active member of the team
Ensure technical decisions are taken at the right time, peer-reviewed and challenged
Your main tasks will be the coordination of projects, ensuring our quality standards and the further development of our products in cooperation with other departments
Responsible for the growth of team members
Maintain and improve team performance and quality of life
Create a healthy team culture and transparent communication
Providing coaching and counselling via mentoring and one-to-one meetings
Build a culture of trust within the team
Individual performance management, expectations and continuous feedback
Identify opportunities for improvement and help the team to reach goals

Your profile:
Experience in leading a team or ambition to lead a team
Proven experience as a software engineer

Your responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow
Support configuration tasks including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, workflows, and process automation
Collaborate with senior developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Debug and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development

Your profile:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
First experience in software development or Salesforce implementations

About the role
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and well-organized graphic designer to support the Design Team to create various marketing and promotional assets. You will be responsible for adverts produced in-house for our wide portfolio of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company and enhance your design skills in digital media.
Responsibilities
Creating engaging digital adverts for our clients
Producing artworks based on brand guidelines and creative briefs
Liaising directly with internal and external clients
Multitasking and working to very tight deadlines while delivering quality work
Experience in agency or design studio
Has excellent knowledge of the Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator are required. Additional experience in creating templates for non-designers in Canva is a plus
Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team when appropriate
Fluent in English and French

We are looking for a People Business Partner (x/f/m) to join our People & Culture team as a parental leave cover. You will report directly to the Co-Head of People & Culture and work closely with an experienced Business Partner team.
In this role, you will support several business areas, including members of the Executive Team, on all relevant people topics. From leadership questions to workforce planning and organizational changes, you will help our leaders make well-informed, strategic decisions and move their teams forward.

Act as a strategic sparring partner for designated business areas, translating business needs into effective company-wide People strategies

About The Team
We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our Platform Intelligence team. Platform Intelligence drives various data initiatives for many of Bonial’s internal stakeholders; these include operations, finance and people & culture teams. Additionally, we are constantly striving to innovate and improve our technical and business processes.
About The Role
Perform deep-dive analysis to support decision-making, such as to give meaning to data, identify opportunities and issues, and present analysis and findings to stakeholders;
Work directly with the developers and users of our internal tools;
Develop relevant metrics/ KPIs and create reports, visualizations and dashboards (Power BI) to enable the business-critical decision-making process;
Improve data practices (tools and best practices) in Bonial;
● Experience working with Data Tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, Airflow;
● The ability to learn self-sufficiently and fast;
● Well structured, analytical thinking and ability to explain and visualize complex analysis in a clear understandable manner to a non-technical audience;
● Capable of writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries;
● Fluency in English;

About the role:
As Team Lead Platform Engineering, you lead a small, experienced team responsible for building and evolving our internal engineering platform. Your mission is to enable product teams to deliver faster, safer, and with higher quality by providing an excellent developer experience and strong, scalable platform foundations. Our platform function already has solid fundamentals and is on a good path toward maturity. In this role, you will evolve what works, sharpen focus, and raise the bar — both technically and organizationally. You combine a clear focus on outcomes and performance with servant leadership. Environment
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team.
As part of our User-Facing Product team, you will work closely with our Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to optimize our web acquisition funnels for kaufda.de, meinprospekt.de, and bonial.fr.
Your main goal will be to improve the acquisition funnel for our multi-user platform – increasing SEO visibility in an AI-driven landscape while enhancing the user experience. In addition, you will lay the foundation for marketing technologies that empower our mobile marketing teams, acting as a sparring partner between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data.
By connecting stakeholder needs and user insights into a cohesive big picture, you will help drive the success of all three brands and own the Acquisition Domain alongside your peers in Marketing and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Accountability: Take end-to-end ownership of business outcomes within the “Acquisition Domain” on web for kaufda.de, meinprospekt.de and bonial.fr.
Collaborate: With Engineering, Designers, and stakeholders with focus on SEO to ensure the team is \"building the right things right\".
Strategic Alignment: Own the big picture and ensure continuous alignment with overarching goals and OKRs.
Execution: Translate strategy into clear, prioritized tactics that inform roadmaps, initiatives, epics, and user stories.
Opportunity Discovery: Identify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis and user/market research to ensure addressing business needs and delivering value to users. Translate those opportunities into actionable initiatives with defined use cases, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Validation: Formulate, test, and measure hypotheses to ensure initiatives deliver the intended outcomes.
Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure maximum alignment across all teams.
Enablement: Support our Inbound Marketing team by onboarding them to internal tools and optimizing workflows through automation and process improvements.
Integration: Provide product support for the Mobile Marketing team in areas such as tracking, attribution, and automation, fostering alignment with teams like Data and Mobile Platform / App Onboarding.
Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs across the acquisition funnel, ensuring a consistent view of progress, impact, and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep direct stakeholders and leadership informed and engaged through clear communication, structured updates, and transparent prioritization decisions.
What we need
User Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience in driving user acquisition, particularly on large-scale platforms that rely on SEO for traffic generation.
Marketing Technology Knowledge: An understanding of the functionality of common Marketing Technologies (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Adjust, Sistrix, or similar) is a must. Hands-on experience is a plus.
Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an iterative, experiment-driven environment; able to adapt plans quickly based on learning and outcomes. Support and being able to drive change within the team.

We look for a passionate senior backend engineer with strong experience in designing, developing , and scaling backend systems that power our products. Unser People Operations Team ist das operative Rückgrat von People & Culture bei bonial. Neben einem stabilen Tagesgeschäft arbeiten wir aktuell gezielt daran, unsere Prozesse, Strukturen und Systeme weiterzuentwickeln.
Für diese Phase suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n People Operations Manager (m/w/d), der oder die eigenständig Verantwortung für einen Geschäftsbereich übernimmt und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Setups beiträgt.
Du arbeitest eng mit People Business Partnering, Payroll und weiteren Stakeholder:innen zusammen und bringst Deine Erfahrung gezielt ein, um Prozesse pragmatisch und nachhaltig zu verbessern.

Deine Aufgaben
Du verantwortest People Operations Themen für einen definierten Geschäftsbereich und bist erste Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
Du steuerst alle administrativen Prozesse entlang der Employee Journey eigenständig und stellst eine hohe Qualität und Verlässlichkeit sicher
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zur externen Payroll
Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Verbesserungen eigenständig um
Du bringst Struktur in komplexere Themen (z. B. Sonderfälle, arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen) und findest pragmatische Lösungen
Du übernimmst Ownership für Projekte im Rahmen unserer laufenden Transformation und treibst diese voran
Dein Profil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich People Operations / HR Administration
Hohe Eigenständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Themen strukturiert zu steuern und umzusetzen
Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Skalierung von HR-Prozessen
Souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholder“innen, inkl. anspruchsvoller Gesprächssituationen
Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

About the role
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and well-organized graphic designer to support the Design Team to create various marketing and promotional assets. You will be responsible for adverts produced in-house for our wide portfolio of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company and enhance your design skills in digital media.
Responsibilities
Creating engaging digital adverts for our clients
Producing artworks based on brand guidelines and creative briefs
Liaising directly with internal and external clients
Multitasking and working to very tight deadlines while delivering quality work
Job requirements
Experience in agency or design studio
Has excellent knowledge of the Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator are required. Additional experience in creating templates for non-designers in Canva is a plus
Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team when appropriate
Fluent in English and French
