Main Objective of the Position:

Responsible for ensuring the proper creation/modification of customers and suppliers for the LATAM and/or NA regions, meeting the established SLA deadlines, providing support to stakeholders in the process, and maintaining a focus on the customer.

Main Tasks:

  • Validation and quality control of master data for customers, suppliers, and bank data for creation and modification requests, following internal policies and procedures to prevent potential exposure to company fraud.
  • Execute mass change requests in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for local, regional, and global projects, including attending meetings, sending reports, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and other departments to enhance user experience.
  • Perform presentations, generate reports, conduct testing, document in the application, handle ad-hoc requests, and provide training to users.
  • Act as a backup for other analysts when necessary.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

  • Education | Advanced student of International Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Work Experience | 1 to 3 years of experience in master data maintenance, procurement, credits, or similar roles.
  • Languages | Intermediate in English and basic in Portuguese are required skills.
  • Technical Skills | Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office will be highly valued.
  • Soft Skills | Teamwork, effective communication, customer focus and attention to detail.
