We support the agile transformation with automation of Development and Operation processes to speed up and get more efficiency. In order to support the individual ways of working in the DevOps teams, each project can be customized according to your requirements. In case of questions, our team supports with consulting & individually planned solutions.

Responsibilities and Key Outcomes

• Consulting, Implementation and Operation for DevOps Tools during the full Lifecycle of a product. This includes Documentation, Plan, Code, Build, Test, Deploy, Security, Release and Monitoring.
• Capture demand, consult teams and help them to integrate the right DevSecOps approach combined with the best practice tools.
• Optimize the tools used to the specific needs.
• Work in a global team.
• Create and provide Trainings in DevSecOps.
• Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Integration of additional applications to Azure DevOps (SonarQube, Microfocus Fortify, Artifactory)

Job Requirements

Education and work experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology or in a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the required technical & professional requirements below.
  

Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory)

• Experienced in Agile ways of working and the approach of agile implementation.
• Scrum or alternative agile certification.
• Basic knowledge in
• Azure DevOps
• GitHub
• Integration of additional applications to the Azure DevOps environment
• Sonarqube
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Tools
• Work self-organized.
• Willingness for self-development in additional Applications of the BASF DevSecOps Area
• Fluent communication skills in English.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills)

• Deep Knowledge in Agile and DevOps Methodologies.
