JOIN THE TEAM

Salesforce Sales Cloud acting as the heart of our customer success platform is designed to support our account managers to be more efficient in their customer interactions. As we believe in continuous development, this DevOps Engineer role is critical to keep the cloud innovative and sustainable for the long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on user stories (creating implementation approaches) based on the requirements of the product owner
• Develop and deploy solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform
• Test the stability and functionality of the developed solutions and applications
• Troubleshoot and rectify any technical issues discovered during operations of the developed solutions and applications
• Create comprehensive documentation for all development work
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ related working experience
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer etc. Internal
• Minimum 3 years’ developer experience in supply chain planning with good technical capability of system background (SAP APO, IBP, OMP or others)
• Excellent communication skills in English with customers/Internal business partners
• Supply chain planning system functional design, testing, configuration and debugging Experience
• Must have prior work experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, in a technical capacity
• Experience in Agile software development methodology
• Digitally-savvy, innovative, highly passionate on new technology offerings, highly perceptive of what’s new in the technology space and its relevance to bring business value
• Strong communication & team building skills, combined with an ability to manage and resolve conflict, change management skill in matrixed and virtual teams
• Enthusiastic, confident, entrepreneurial with sound business judgement within the given broad guidelines
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive with high customer-oriented focus; highly developed sense of responsibility with ability to think analytically and strategically
• Demonstrate a high discipline to complete tasks within project team timelines
