Main Objective of the Position

Responsible for ensuring the proper creation/modification of materials and labels in the system for the Americas region, meeting established deadlines, and providing support to stakeholders in the process, always maintaining a focus on the customer.

Main Tasks

  • Validation and quality control of master data for materials and labels in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Execute presentations, reports, KPIs, testing, documentation, as well as ad-hoc requests and training for users.
  • Carry out requests for mass changes in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Support in responding to queries and reporting to local, regional, and global projects related to materials and global label management.
  • Establish smooth communication with stakeholders, as well as with other areas of the company, aiming to improve the user experience.
  • Act as a backup for other analysts when necessary.
  • Provide support by answering queries, providing reports, analysis, and following up on local, regional, or global initiatives related to the team's tasks or the organization, with the support of the FEX, TC, and Manager.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position

  • Education: Student or Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Working Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in master data maintenance, procurement, credits, or similar roles.
  • Language skills: Advanced in Spanish, intermediate in English, and basic in Portuguese.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft office and SAP intermediate.
  • Soft Skills: Teamwork, effective communication, customer focus, attention to detail, autonomy.
