Objectives:
- Lead and manage the development and execution of digital products within G-ECO.
- Responsible for defining the product vision, setting strategic goals, and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps team, Accounts, customers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of digital products that meet the needs of the target audience.

Main Tasks:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the G-ECO goals and market demands.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features and enhancements to be delivered.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- User Stories: Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Agile Development: Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments.
- Product Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and manage expectations.
- Product Launch: Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring effective communication and adoption strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key product metrics, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.



- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing)
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role
- Coatings business and manufacturing technical know-how
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with digital technologies, UX/UI design, and software development processes
- Customer facing experience.
- Self-organized working style
- Travel availability (50%)
- Business fluent Chinese skills
- Business fluent English skills
