RESPONSIBILITIES
Our unit Regulatory IT Services supports admission as well as post- registration processes for crop protection products and seeds & traits solutions globally through digital processes and platforms. In addition, our focus is on computerized system validation activities to maintain GLP compliance standards for our regulated IT systems.
- In your new role, you will identify, document and prioritize system requirements to be implemented based on regulatory obligations as well as based on the expected value to be delivered to the organization.
- To accomplish this, you are in charge of a dedicated budget and lead a team of internal and external business partners to create, maintain and refine the product backlog.
- You illustrate and constantly communicate the product vision and roadmap to the stakeholders to ensure their buy-in.
- The conduction of user trainings, workshops as well as the preparation of training material are also part of your job.
- Finally, you support the operational use of the Product through the adjustment of system configuration (workflows, security profiles, reports, dashboards).
QUALIFICATIONS
- university degree (Bachelor or advanced degree) in information technology, business administration, and/or natural science
- extensive experience (at least 3-5 years) in project- and/or product management
- high affinity for data and understanding of the connections between business processes and data flows, as well as experience with process modelling
- customer orientation, good analytical skills to abstract problems and to develop creative solutions round up your profile
- very strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English, fluent German
