WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and DevOps, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive our business forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full stack web applications, ensuring robust functionality and seamless user experience.
  • Architect and implement scalable and secure APIs, microservices, and data-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and refine requirements, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices in software development.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering both front-end and back-end performance.
  • Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility for front-end components.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and continuous integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to current and future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ related working experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Extensive experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django, Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with database design, optimization, and management.
  • Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Proficient in Git and experience with branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
  • Knowledge of web security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and OWASP principles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with serverless architectures, cloud functions, and managed services.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in building and deploying microservices.
  • Experience with real-time data processing and WebSocket communication.
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design, ensuring that applications function well on all screen sizes.
