We are seeking a highly motivated and experience team player to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing product safety and implementing regulatory changes across organization entities. This position involves collaboration with key stakeholders, leading regulatory improvement projects, and ensuring effective change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Product Safety and Regulatory Changes: Oversee the implementation of product safety measures and regulatory changes within Asia Pacific region
- Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate community exchanges within and across regions for key stakeholders across business units
- Lead Regulatory Improvement Projects: Lead and execute regulatory improvement projects, including fit-gap analysis and implementation of measures/projects within and across regions
- Change Management: Partner closing with division operation leads to ensure sustainable change management and execution
- Collaborate for Solution Implementation: Work in collaboration with Global and Regional Product Safety teams to implement effective solutions in the field of Product Safety systems and applications.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly project documentation and maintain records for monitoring and management reporting purposes
- Microsoft Presentation Skills: Prepare and create advance Microsoft presentation for various purposes
- Proven experience in managing product safety and regulatory changes in a complex, multi-national environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading regulatory improvement projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage with key stakeholders across business units and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively and sustainably.
- Exceptional documentation and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Presentation creation and preparation.

Education
- University degree, Master/ PhD degree in scientific area, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
