In agile teams, we develop innovative solutions for BASF and its customers, create new exciting customer experiences and business growth, and drive efficiencies in processes. We provide IT that works and offer know-how and access to latest technologies.
Our team’s mission is to inspire artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and ensure smooth integration and effective use of AI across our entire organization. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer like you to help us create user-driven applications that utilize our internal data and expertise to deliver immediate value to multiple businesses.
As a Full Stack Developer for AI Solutions, you create chemistry by...
- Developing AI-based applications for a broad spectrum of internal clients.
- Implementing functional requirements and planning solution implementation by choosing the right AI tools and working closely with users and our broader AI team.
- Integrating AI solutions into existing workflows and optimizing solutions as the AI landscape evolves and/or users’ needs change.
- Managing central code versioning in Azure DevOps, Git, and/or Git Bash shell, ensuring best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote a culture of AI-driven innovation within the organization.
- Taking smart risks and championing new ideas.
If you have...
- A Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or a Master's degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- At least a year of software engineering experience and maintaining infrastructure as code.
- Experience working on a DevOps team (preferably in Azure).
- Experience with configuring and deploying in Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with the rapid technological developments in the field of AI.
