Main Tasks:
In this role, you will focus on the following objectives
Cyber compliance management:
Complete quality assurance of delivered inputs; identify, investigate and report compliance issues, irregularities and violations
Ensure quality-specific process, procedures and work instructions are documented, controlled and communicated effectively
Prioritize incompliances depending on level of risk or level of impact
Administer technically automated processes and identify areas of improvement or opportunities for optimization
Support product stakeholders in ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
Cyber compliance quality & reporting:
Ensure technical implementation and operationalization of cyber compliance reporting
Create group-specific cyber compliance reporting and dashboards and alert relevant stakeholders or management of associated risks
Support in assigned quality projects of the Cyber Security organization
Main Tasks:
Our Cyber Compliance Management Team assesses, validates and reports the Cyber Security compliance status of BASF applications and IT solutions.
You will be responsible to check if technical specification and/or implementations fulfill the requirements of our internal security ruleset
Checking together with our Partners best practices, standard solutions and compare to their security control implementations
Determine necessary measures to improve security related solutions so that they fulfill BASF Standards / Requirements
As part of the CISO organization you will closely work together with the Security Governance, Security Architecture and Risk Management Team

Job Requirements :
You have completed a subject-related university/technical college degree in (business) computer science or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through many years of relevant professional experience and further training.
You have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience with ISO 27001 and internal Security rulesets
