• Following EHS/QM related regulations.
• Ensure all Quality Control (QC) laboratory equipment is properly maintained and capable of delivering accurate and reliable test results.
• Develop and implement new test methods and testing plans to support QC operations.
• Prepare and regularly update QC laboratory documentation to meet audit and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Services (TS) and R&D teams to troubleshoot production issues and resolve quality concerns through chemical analysis.
• Maintain and manage the SAP Quality Management (QM) module for all raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead investigations and follow-up inspections for customer complaints and internal non-conformance matters (NCMs).
• Conduct evaluations of new raw materials and establish corresponding specifications.
• Consolidate and report on quality-related issues, trends, and corrective actions.
• Serve as the backup for the EPC & TPU Lab Supervisor when required.
• Assist supervisor to set up continuous improvement program.
• Support to transform individual lab into a method-centered lab & Identify training need for employees and harmonized qualification matrix & all relative projects in EPC&TPU lab.
• Pass ISO & IATF & Customers audit and complete action plan and following action.
• Support to improve cross training and "Job rotation" to balance workforce according to workload.
• Support to optimize QC lab resources.
• Support to develop some simple digital tools (based on power platform) and maintain master data.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical/Chemical engineering related, Polymer Chemistry is preferred
More than 5 years of experience in Research or Quality Control
Good communication skills in English
