WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as PMO for the solution rollout: organize and moderate workshops, structure stakeholder communication, and prepare presentations and documentation.
• Collect, specify, and prioritize requirements in close coordination with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate release plans and rollout priorities in alignment with leadership.
• Track implementation progress and ensure business readiness, including process alignment, data availability, and data quality.
• Monitor compliance with business requirements and interface documentation, validate data during testing, and drive post-implementation reviews.
• Identify risks early, lead mitigation planning, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote agile ways of working and ensure consistency in cross-functional collaboration.
• Support leadership engagement and foster adoption of MDM principles across teams and regions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, or digital product implementation.
• Experience in PMO activities including workshop facilitation, structured documentation, and senior-level reporting.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and agile frameworks.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar collaboration platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
