RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the go‑to contact for process and system-related inquiries across the Order‑To‑Cash process (team, regional and cross‑functional)
  • Lead IT and supply‑chain projects independently, driving improvements in Order‑To‑Cash processes
  • Act as single point of contact with central IT: define change/work requests, create, manage and execute User Acceptance Tests
  • Coordinate SAP support across Europe; implement and sign off SAP business releases and manage SAP user access concepts
  • Develop and maintain user training materials, including SAP trainings for the team
  • Ensure data consistency and quality by defining and enforcing maintenance rules
  • Monitor, analyze and present Order‑To‑Cash KPIs to stakeholders
  • Log, prioritize and follow up IT tickets to resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or Master degree (IT/Business Administration/E-commerce/etc.)
  • Relevant professional experience in business customer service roles, supply chain processes and/or IT project management at least 5 years
  • Experience with the SAP system, mainly in the SD module
  • Experience in Salesforce/ e-commerce applications would be an advantage
  • Customer orientation and team work abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in international environment
  • Data driven orientation with strong analytical capability
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and rapidly shift multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced/Upper-intermediate English and German
