To manage and lead the Product owner team in accordance with business requirements and to ensure smooth workflows as well as adequate product and process quality, to optimize lab workflows in terms of costs, quality, safety and environmental protection.

• Oversee and coordinate lab workflows; define and document work programs and objectives.
• Manage complex projects to achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with global teams to tailor products for customer requirements, focusing on performance and cost.
• Define product portfolio and strategy for global customers in India.
• Develop new products and optimize existing ones for cost and technical requirements.
• Lead raw material replacement projects for cost-competitive solutions in BCIPL & ASEAN, ensuring quality.
• Design and implement application processes for new products, both in the lab and at customer sites.
• Apply problem-solving tools to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Optimize lab workflows for cost, resource use, quality, safety, and environmental protection.

• Develop and enforce procedures for safe and efficient operations in line with ISO/IATF standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
• Introduce new products and technologies at customer sites, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage capital budgets (1–5 years) and allocate project costs accordingly.
• Develop and mentor product owners in line with BASF guidelines.
