Main Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, intermediates, and finished products.
• Assist in handling:
• Customer complaints
• Sample requisitions
• Support regular and irregular quality checks in collaboration with BASF SE Ludwigshafen, local laboratories, and other external institutions.
• Maintain and care for laboratory facilities to ensure equipment reliability and readiness.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to quality assurance activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in accordance with plant safety regulations and company EHS requirements.
• Ensure all activities are conducted without causing disruptions or environmental impact.
• Prepare and submit periodic SQC reports.
• Conduct analytical testing for samples received from the process laboratory.
• Support administrative documentation and compliance activities for ISO, Halal, and SMK3 systems.
• Serve as the coordinator for maintaining and distributing SDS, as well as the Material & Product List, in support of QA Department activities under RC Code 1 – Product Stewardship.
• Create inspection plans in SAP.
• Perform CoA data verification in the QZ System.
• Prepare samples for ATC testing.
• Conduct specific opacity testing as required.
• Execute goods receipt transactions in SAP.
• Create and manage maintenance notifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a QC laboratory within the chemical industry.
• Familiarity with modern analytical instruments and techniques.
