Main responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment routinely, mentoring others as needed, by following defined production processes and plans to meet target goals.
• Lead preliminary maintenance of equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality, promptly reporting specific issues to the supervisor.
• Troubleshoot issues and promptly alert relevant personnel to unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable issues, including shortages, obstacles, or unsafe processes that cannot be resolved, record problems according to established procedures and standards.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workplace in line with plant safety regulations, Company EHS guidelines, RC Requirements, Quality System ISO 9001, EFfCI GMP, Halal, RSPO, and Energy Management standards.
• Operate multiple operation units to support smooth and continuous operations.
• Record collaborative activities within the department completely and accurately.
• Ensure good housekeeping within the working area according to the 5S principles.
• Communicate thoroughly during shift transfers, inspect forklifts, and record findings in line with checklist requirements.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Junior high school or higher education is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of production processing/operations/manufacturing.
• Forklift driving license is required.
