WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Business Development: Look for new segments and applications for different industries, develop business with new customers
  • Grow business in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services, developing new applications
  • Develop, implement and monitor agreed sales & growth strategies, pricing within defined bands, customer attractiveness, monthly reporting of sales and market conditions.
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients
  • Ensure that the agreed target KPI`s (volumes, cCM1, DSO) will be achieved.
  • Identifying and improving the Distribution Chanel Portfolio, if needed
  • Provide input for sales strategies customers overdue with Customer Credit Management
  • Follow-up on Business Development: Look for new segments and applications for different industries, develop business with new customers

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry or similar fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in various Industrial Formulators Markets (textile, construction, emulsion polymerization, plastics, fertilizers, crop protection and rubber etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Mobility for business travels within Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
  • Skilled in business development and teamwork, with a strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members and departments
