GROW Trainee – Sales
The GROW Trainee would be part of the Agricultural Solutions Platform for BASF in India. The Job role would be that of a Sales Professional.

Key Responsibilties:

  1. Ensure achievement of territory Business Results – Sales (prepare monthly Sales activity, monthly collection planning with Channel partners), Profitability and Business Quality parameters in the assigned geography as per the business plan.
  2. Map the business potential & growth opportunities.
  3. Plan, participate, monitor, follow-up on marketing & other promotional activities as per strategy
  4. Maintain updated customer database for an effective customer relationship management
  5. Organize key crop campaigns, Monthly demand generation activity planning in Database villages : Conduct Farmer Meetings, Field Days and demonstrations
  6. Engagement with Channel partners & Retailers and their farmers.
  7. Be the process owner of the territory
