WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Take end to end ownership of technical customer support within assigned industries, ensuring transparent documentation and data quality in Salesforce
- Drive the successful introduction of innovative applications and solutions, creating measurable customer value
- Act as a trusted technical partner by resolving customer enquiries and complaints in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships while fostering effective collaboration with Account Management and internal stakeholders
- Proactively manage product lifecycle changes and guide customers through phase-outs and transitions
- Coordinate customer sample requests end-to-end, ensuring efficient processes and customer satisfaction
- Generate and share market and customer insights to support innovation, portfolio development, and growth opportunities
- Support sustainable sales growth through proactive project planning and pipeline development
- Conduct on-site product trials and provide expert advice on safe handling, sustainability, and environmental aspects
- Contribute to regional and European technical networks and act as Regional Coordinator where assigned
- Support capability building by mentoring junior colleagues and delivering internal and external technical training
- Act as a role model for compliance, safety, and responsible business conduct in line with BASF’s Code of Conduct and CORE values
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Tertiary qualification in relevant fields (Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer degree or similar degree)
- At least 3 –5 years experience In related field
- Strong communication skills in English
- Drivers License (obligatory)
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally
