WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Take end to end ownership of technical customer support within assigned industries, ensuring transparent documentation and data quality in Salesforce
• Drive the successful introduction of innovative applications and solutions, creating measurable customer value
• Act as a trusted technical partner by resolving customer enquiries and complaints in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships while fostering effective collaboration with Account Management and internal stakeholders
• Proactively manage product lifecycle changes and guide customers through phase-outs and transitions
• Coordinate customer sample requests end-to-end, ensuring efficient processes and customer satisfaction
• Generate and share market and customer insights to support innovation, portfolio development, and growth opportunities
• Support sustainable sales growth through proactive project planning and pipeline development
• Conduct on-site product trials and provide expert advice on safe handling, sustainability, and environmental aspects
• Contribute to regional and European technical networks and act as Regional Coordinator where assigned
• Support capability building by mentoring junior colleagues and delivering internal and external technical training
• Act as a role model for compliance, safety, and responsible business conduct in line with BASF’s Code of Conduct and CORE values

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Tertiary qualification in relevant fields (Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer degree or similar degree)
• At least 3 –5 years experience In related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Drivers License (obligatory)
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally
