QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Credit Risk Management ,Customer Service or any other function within OTC process
- Business proficiency in Turkish and English.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reading balance sheet.
- PC skills demonstrated ability to work with email programs and Ms office tools.
- Computer literate and experience working with SAP.
MAJOR CHALLENGES
- Day by day working to achieve daily processing objectives.
- Develop and maintain good relationships externally with customer’s financial organization in the interest of the ongoing and future business and internally with key people such as Customer Service, Sales and Marketing and A/R Team .
- Freedom to act the limits of defined guidelines and best practices

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactively maintaining a quality customer portfolio while supporting BU objectives
- Managing and mitigating customer risk
- Offering financial solutions for customers.
- Monitoring of customer exposure and credit limit utilization
- Assessment of customers’ credit worthiness or use of external credit reports
- Establishment of credit limits based on customer assessments
- Fallow Approval rights for credit limits and or customers
- Fulfillment of IFRS9 requirements in relation with accounts receivable
- Execute and review accounting entries and reconciliations
- Actively support Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, payment clearing, rebate postings, follow‑up activities, reporting
