Objectives of the Position
- Provide expert consulting and advisory support for all inbound and outbound expatriate assignments in designated APAC countries, ensuring seamless transfer experience for employees and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for transferees, HR, and management on all mobility-related matters, ensuring compliance with global and regional policies.
- Optimize the transfer process by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and by driving process improvements.
- Support regional team with the day-to-day running of the business by assisting with projects, administrative tasks, and processes.
Main Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end advisory support to assignees and their families throughout all phases of international transfers, serving as the main point of contact for contractual matters including tax, compensation, benefits, social security (domestic and international), external vendors, and Assignment Pro system data management.
- Calculate, prepare, and explain the compensation and benefits including hypothetical tax, bonus payments and analysis of salary via salary sheet for delegates.
- Manage and coordinate with respective parties in home and host locations on the relocation support and benefits as applicable per the global mobility guidelines in the Asia Pacific region.
- Provide policy guidance and advice to management and HRBP on the employee transfer and transfer policies.
- Partner with external relocation vendor and suppliers, managing them, to ensure smooth transfer process for all inbound delegates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or mobility consulting.
- Experience in managing international assignments and vendor relationships is highly regarded.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and mobility/HR systems (e.g., Assignment Pro).
- Project management skills are an advantage.
