WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our team HR Services EMEA Spain, we perform the monthly payroll and workforce management processes for our BASF companies in Spain.

• In an open and positive working environment, we facilitate an extensive on-the-job training regarding HR services and SAP HR to become an all-round HR professional. We create an environment of continuous learning and self-development.
• You prepare and handle the monthly HR processes and implement, improve and maintain administrative processes in SAP HR.
• You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met.
• For this you are in close cooperation with our local HR Business Partners as well as our internal service departments in Berlin and our technical providers.
• You also collaborate in internal projects, focus on solutions to increase efficiency and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.
• You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Advanced vocational training in Administration or Finance, or a university degree in Labor Relations, Law, or a comparable field
• Strong people orientation with a pronounced service mindset and a solution‑oriented approach
• Ability to set priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and proactively seek support when needed
• Very good command of Spanish (mandatory); good English skills are considered an advantage
• Professional experience in Spanish payroll and/or solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation (nice to have)

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
